Jonathan joined Lee & Associates in April of 2016 as a runner/ trainee. During his 6 month runner ship he aided a team in completing over 60 transactions totaling over $12M in total lease consideration.
In April of 2017, Jonathan was elevated to Associate for the promise he showed during his runner ship/ trainee period. Currently his focus is in expanding his tenant representation clientele throughout the Conejo and San Fernando Valley and aiding in lead generation for Office Listings. His persistence and cold calling experience brings an entrepreneurial perspective to his clientele. He provides clients with a responsive, engaged representation viewpoint for all their real estate needs.
As a former business owner, Jonathan brings over 10 years of sales experience in Life Insurance and Estate Planning. Over his insurance career, Jonathan worked side by side with some of the most well-known attorney’s in the Greater Los Angeles area culminating in successfully transacting over $500 million in Insurance benefits.
